Published Aug 02, 2017Once again, horror soundtrack masters Goblin are hitting the road for a North American tour.
The trek, dubbed the "Sound of Fear Tour 2017," will see the Italian vets touring alongside like-minded modern-day unit Morricone Youth, with the whole thing appropriately enough kicking off right before Halloween.
For Canadians, the bands will be playing Toronto on October 26 and Montreal on October 29. Both of those shows will feature Morricone Youth as openers.
"Our first experience in North America a few years ago was outstanding," Goblin said in a statement. "The audience response went way beyond our expectations and the band had a wonderful time exploring the diversity & vastness of the U.S. and Canada. We feel that it's time to return to our fans and share new emotions with them & for those who missed the first round. With the original rhythm section back in the lineup we'll present parts of horror scores never performed live before as well as some of our new work."
You can see the full schedule below. Morricone Youth are on most dates, though California's Mondo Drag will also play select shows.
For the tour, Goblin with be sporting the lineup of Massimo Morante, Maurizio Guarini, Fabio Pignatelli and Agostino Marangolo, with core member Claudio Simonetti still no longer participating.
