Published Dec 13, 2019Last week, Eminem reignited his old Mariah Carey feud with a guest spot on Fat Joe and Dre's song "Lord Above," and Carey's ex-husband Nick Cannon dropped two diss tracks in response: "The Invitation" and "Pray for Him." For those keeping score, Em responded by getting #RIPNickCannon trending on Twitter. Still, Cannon has declared himself the winner for some reason.
Is this really how it works? You can just tweet that you won a beef and then you win? According to Cannon, that's definitely all it takes:
@Eminem I won!!!! This has been fun now back to your regularly scheduled programs.— Nick Cannon (@NickCannon) December 12, 2019
Perhaps he declared himself the winner because Eminem didn't reply with a song of his own, instead doling out these tweets:
U mad bro? Stop lying on my dick. I never even had a chauffeur, you bougie f*ck.🤡— Marshall Mathers (@Eminem) December 10, 2019
I demand an apology Nicholas, you've made my gardener so jealous!— Marshall Mathers (@Eminem) December 10, 2019
Hopefully Cannon's declaration of winning means we can all just move on with our lives now.
