Marilyn Manson Accused of Rape in Another New Lawsuit
It's been filed by an ex-girlfriend who also claims he forced her to watch a gruesome video showing him assaulting a young fan
Published May 28, 2021Marilyn Manson is now facing yet another new lawsuit. This latest suit has been filed by an ex-girlfriend, who claims Manson raped her and forced her to watch gruesome film depicting what appeared to be him brutally assaulting a young fan.
The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court by a woman going by "Jane Doe," TMZ reports. She claims she started dating Manson — whose real name is Brian Warner — in 2011, and while their relationship started normally enough, things soon turned sour.

According to the lawsuit, which you can view here, the woman claims Manson showed her a video he called "Groupie," which he locked in a safe. She alleges Manson told her the video was shot in 1996 after he played the Hollywood Bowl. According to the suit, it shows a young fan being forced to drink urine, while Manson also could be seen threatening the woman in the video with a gun and beating her, as well as other acts of humiliation.
Shortly after TMZ's initial report about the lawsuit, an unnamed source supposedly close to Manson said the video was a scripted project that was never officially released.
The lawsuit goes on to state that Manson at one point raped his ex-girlfriend when she tried to return a key to his home. After the alleged rape, she then claims he threatened to kill her.
The woman is now seeking damages and she wants a declaration that Manson's acts and conduct broke the law.
News of this latest lawsuit follows New Hampshire police issuing a warrant for the musician over a 2019 incident involving an assault against a videographer.
Manson has also been sued by his former assistant, who alleges the musician subjected her to sexual harassment, abuse and battery. Another lawsuit has been filed against him by Game of Thrones star Esmé Bianco, while many more victims have come forward with tales of alleged abuse.
The FBI has reportedly launched an investigation into Manson, who has denied all claims of abuse.
Manson and his legal team have yet to respond to this latest lawsuit.
